I would just like to note that there is either an error in the documentation or a bug in the code. When you run svn_mkdir it returns FALSE even on success. As an example you can do

<?php

var_dump
( svn_mkdir( "/path/to/your/repo/mydir" ) );

?>

And youll see that the output is

bool(false)
