Judy::firstEmpty — Búsqueda de la primera ausencia de índice en el array Judy

public int Judy::firstEmpty ([ mixed $index = 0 ] )

Búsqueda (inclusive) para el primer índice ausente que es igual o mayor que el índice pasado.

index: El índice puede ser un integer o un string correspondiente al índice dónde empieza la búsqueda.

Devuelve el índice correspondiente en el array.
