dbplus_rquery() پرس و جوی محلی (خام) AQL را با استفاده از مفسر AQL در کلاینت کتابخانه db++ اجرا میکند. dbplus_rquery() سریعتر از dbplus_aql() است اما بر داده محلی کار میکند.
