全ての select クエリに関するデフォルトのバイトモードを設定します。
パラメータ
- mode

モード "0" は BLOB ID を返し、モード "1" がテキストの内容を有する varchar を返します。
返り値
成功した場合に TRUE を、失敗した場合に FALSE を返します。
