domattribute DomDocument->create_attribute
( string $name
, string $value
)
This function returns a new instance of class DomAttribute. The name of the attribute is the value of the first parameter. The value of the attribute is the value of the second parameter. 이 노드는 domnode_append_child() 등을 통하여 삽입하지 않으면 보여지지 않습니다.
The return value is FALSE if an error occurred.
