Changes the current directory to the specified one.

- ftp_stream

The link identifier of the FTP connection.
- directory
-
The target directory.
반환값
성공할 경우 TRUE를, 실패할 경우 FALSE를 반환합니다. If changing directory fails, PHP will also throw a warning.

I've been looking around for a function like this for a while and I found none so I though I should share it:
