getservbyname
Like the previous post of palands, the protcol tcp must be in lower case, either quoted or unquoted..
Example:
$value=getservbyport(31337, "tcp");
Uppercase will not work.

( int $port
, string $protocol
)
getservbyport()는 /etc/services의 각 protocol 에 정의된 port 와 조합이 되는 인터넷 서비스를 반환합니다. protocol 은 TCP이거나 UDP입니다.
