FTP function checks if a directory exists

O identificador da conexão FTP.

directory -
O diretório de destino.
Valor Retornado
Retorna TRUE em caso de sucesso ou FALSE em caso de falha.
Se houver falha ao mudar o diretório, o PHP irá também enviar um warning.

Works like the other functions in this page's notes, but this one doesn't make use of a global FTP connection, so it takes parameters like the other functions in the extension
