Send the Content-Disposition. O cabeçalho Content-Disposition é muito útil se os dados atualmente enviados vem de um arquivo ou algo similar, que possa ser "salvo" pelo cliente/usuário (ex. pelo "Salvar como ..." do navegador).
Nota: Esta função é supostamente para ser usada em conjunto com http_send_data(), http_send_file() e http_send_stream().
