Hace que el script duerma hasta la marca_de_tiempo especificada.
Lista de parámetros
- marca_de_tiempo

La marca de tiempo del momento en el que el script deberá despertar.
Valores retornados
Devuelve TRUE si todo se llevó a cabo correctamente, FALSE en caso de fallo.
Errors/Exceptions
Si la marca_de_tiempo especificada está en el pasado, time_sleep_until() generará un E_WARNING.
