snmp3_get — Fetch an SNMP object
$hostname,$security_name,$security_level,$auth_protocol,$auth_passphrase,$privacy_protocol,$privacy_passphrase,$object_id,$timeout = -1,$retries = -1
The snmp3_get() function is used to read the
value of an SNMP object specified by the
object_id.

Returns SNMP object value on success or false on error.
