Uri\WhatWg\Url::withFragment — Modify the fragment component

public Uri\WhatWg\Url::withFragment(?string $fragment): static

Creates a new URL and modifies its fragment component.

The modified Uri\WhatWg\Url instance.

If the resulting URL is invalid, a Uri\WhatWg\InvalidUrlException is thrown.
