Yaf_Dispatcher::__construct — Yaf_Dispatcher constructor
Yaf_Dispatcher implements the singleton pattern, so the constructor is private. Use Yaf_Dispatcher::getInstance() to retrieve the dispatcher instance, which is created by Yaf_Application.
